By placing an order through the Cook House companie's Employees Recharge Portal, you confirm that the information provided, including employee ID and meal selections, is accurate. Orders are placed for corporate lunch meal services as per the given package details.
Payment for the meal package is required at the time of order confirmation. The total price for the selected meal package (e.g., ₹2178 for 22 days) will be charged once the employee’s ID and credentials are confirmed.
Once the payment is made and the meal plan is activated, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only applicable in case of a system error during payment or incorrect deductions. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the payment.
The purchased meal plan is valid until the end of the month as mentioned in the order details. Any unused meals within the validity period will not be carried forward to the next month.
After confirming your payment, you will receive a unique transaction ID (e.g., `Cook_wallet_Dept_EmpID_XXXX`) which should be used for all further communication regarding the order.
All personal details, including employee ID, name, department, and mobile number, are stored securely and used solely for processing the order and payment. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
