Once a meal has been consumed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Meals cannot be cancelled or refunded after they have been ordered or consumed.
Refund Policy
If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to technical errors or system issues that prevented you from receiving your meal, please contact us. Refunds will be issued after investigation and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Company-Paid Orders
Meals billed to your company account are non-refundable once consumed. Any refunds for company-paid orders will follow the specific billing agreement between Cookhouse and your company.
